A. Most of orders delivered within 3 weeks or less. Special fabrication items may require longer time.

Q How much is the shipping cost?
A. The shipping cost is calculated based on your address and size, weight of the shipment. We do not mark up the shipping cost, therefore the discounted cost that we get from shipping companies we pass on to you.

Q. Do we need to pay taxes?

A. Only orders delivered to Colorado will be required to pay 7.72% tax rate. No taxes will be collected from all other regions.

Q. How should I measure in order to replace my existing cabinet doors? Do I provide the actual door size or frame opening measurement?
A. Please provide an actual door size that you require and specify hinge type and hinge hole position if drilling is required.

Q. How can I determine whether I have FRAMED or FRAMELESS cabinets?
A. Ask yourself this question: When all cabinet doors are closed, what are the gaps between doors?
It is usually FRAMED if there is a wide gap of at least 0.5" or larger”
It is usually FRAMELESS if there is a small gap of 0.125” to 0.25” between the doors and there is no visible frame around doors while the doors are closed.

Q. How do I measure to replace frameless cabinet doors?
A. To replace frameless cabinet doors, the best thing to do is to measure the existing doors - round down to the nearest 1/8" increment.
- For a ONE door cabinet: measure the outside width of cabinet box and reduce by 1/8"
- For a TWO door cabinet: measure the outside width of cabinet and reduce by 1/4" and divide by two.

Q. How is the vertical height of the frameless cabinet door determined?
A. Vertical height of the cabinet door is typically the actual height of the cabinet.

Q. What is the maximum height of a door you will make, and is their any extra cost in the manufacturing and shipping?
A. The maximum door height we can offer is 84 inches, however please be aware that certain insert types may have weight limitations. There may be slight higher shipping cost to to the size of the door.

Q. How is the width measurement of a drawer front that sits above a cabinet door determined?
A. Generally the width of a cabinet door should align with drawer front; however, some styles may not follow the standard rule, therefore use your own discretion or measure your existing drawer fronts.
