Shipping
We work with various shipping companies, providing you the lowest cost on shipping possible.  As such, we do not ship on customer accounts, FOB, or via your 3rd party shipping company.

We ship to all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Territories.

Average shipping time is 7 to 10 business days (this excludes manufacturing time).

All shipments are via freight. Estimated shipping costs will be provided to you with your estimate. Shipping costs are estimated based on your total order, as such, we are unable to estimate shipping over the phone.  

Shipping costs are always an estimate and subject to change.  Customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping costs incurred; cost will be automatically billed to the credit card provided at time of initial payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Residential, Rural and Construction Site deliveries are subject to additional surcharges.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Outlying Territories is subject to higher shipping costs.

We require full contact information at the time of estimation, includes contact name, phone number, and full shipping address. This ensures the best possible estimate for shipping costs.  Please note that changes to shipping after your order has been placed are subject to an additional charge.

Shipping Insurance
All of our shipments are fully insured. If you receive a shipment that has been damaged it is your responsibility to inspect and list all damage on drivers paperwork at the time your receive it, have him sign it and keep a copy for your records. If damage occurs, you must call us right away so that we can file a claim with the shipping courier and process the appropriate replacement product for you.  Failure to adhere to this policy voids the insurance on your shipment and prohibits us from replacing the damaged product.
