WARRANTY INFORMATION

FOR ALL DOORS2ME PRODUCTS:

Doors2Me products are protected under a one (1) year warranty from the invoice date. They are guaranteed against defective workmanship, discoloration, and excessive twist or warpage under the provision that the products have received proper care. This warranty does not apply to products subjected to improper care by exposure to excessive heat, cold, or humidity, poor finish application, or incorrect installation. This warranty is limited to replacement of a product as originally supplied only. Additional expenses incurred in the removal and replacement of the product is not covered under this warranty. If in question, this warranty supersedes any other warranties, expressed or implied.

Individual dimensional twist and warpage tolerances are listed in the relevant product line sections.

Wood products for overseas shipments are not covered under warranty unless Doors2Me provides a written agreement at the time of order placement.

Return of merchandise will not be accepted without Doors2Me’s prior authorization.

CLEAN AND PRODUCT CARE GUIDE

ALL LAMINATE DOORS:

To clean a laminate surface, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent; then rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry. For stubborn stains, use an all-purpose cleaner with a damp cloth; then rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry.

For really tough stains (ie: grease, ink, felt pen) can be removed with paint thinner and washed down using soap or detergent; then rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry. Keep in mind that excessive scrubbing can dull or damage the finish.

ALL OTHER DOORS:

To clean wood veneer doors, wood doors, and painted doors simply wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, then wipe dry.

Never use solvents or abrasive cleaners, furniture polish, or cleaners that leave a build-up of film on the surface. Never scrub or polish an area too much as this may result in a higher degree of shine in that location.
